This is a great picture for a lot of reasons. But check out Berlusconi. You have to feel sorry for all Italians that this guy is their prime minister (again!). Really. Remember when Obama was elected, he said he was jealous because Obama is “young, tan and handsome.” Maybe he’s hoping it will rub off?

Great tool kit for photo effects, including borders and styles.
4. Public Radio Tuner
An interesting collaboration between NPR, PRI and other public radio broadcasters that allows you to tune in to public radio stations from around the country.
5. Pandora
One of the earliest apps for the iPhone still reigns supreme. Awesome.
